Yanchep Two Rocks Lions Club

Ordinary people doing extraordinary things - supporting people with a disability, community greening, fundraising for worthwhile causes.

Be a part of the change. Join the Yanchep Two Rocks LionsClub.

Over the past year we have raised funds by delivering leaflets, running sausage sizzles (thanks to Bunnings) and selling Mints, Fudge and Christmas Cakes. Because of this we have been able to donate funds to the Carnarvon Flood victims, Queensland Flood Victims, Perth Bushfire victims. You may also have noticed we collect and recycle newspapers. The club shifted an elderly lady to a new safer home, have bussed young people around for a holiday programme. We have recently participated in Clean UP Australia by cleaning up the shopping precinct and around to the schools collecting an interesting pile of junk and recycling. The club has sponsored 6 local children for the Children of Courage Award Programme to be held at the Pan Pacific Hotel in April. Yanchep Two Rocks Lions will also be participating in the Lions Youth Exchange Programme in July/August.

We are the Lions

We meet the needs of our local communities and the world.

Our 1.3 million men and women in 205 countries and geographic areas conduct vision and health screenings, build parks, support eye hospitals, award scholarships, assist youth, provide help in time of disaster and much more.

Join us in making our communities and the world better places to live.

We meet on the first and third Wednesdays of each month at the Capricorn Community House, cnr Two Rocks Rd and Lindsay Beach Bvd at 7.00pm
